I remember when I was playing the first time and I started exploring the area, going off mission, wandered into that basement area and saw OMG! lvl18 monsters! Thought to myself, this must be the entrance to the high level dungeon area, it must go on for miles. Someday I'll come back and be able to explore this area further. And then I came back, and it turns out it was just 1 room. yeah, kinda a letdown.
