Best theory: 9 plus 8 planets equals 17, 17+ is the mature rating for CoD, CoD is owned by activition, activiton has a partnership with treyarh, they treyarh emblem looks like the 9 triangle graffiti at the tower THE SPEAKER IS ILLUMINATE AND YOUR STILL A BITCH.
