Question about the Stag.
Is it me or does this Exotic helmet's perk never proc? Or is it just not that noticeable? Is there any way we can buff this thing?

Why would you want your infusion fuel's perk to proc? More importantly, why would you use this at all? Infuse it into a good helmet like the ram or light beyond nemesis
