I hasn't cleared its orbit of debris thats why its not a planet.
Also its orbit is highly eccentric and irregular.
There are 9 moons in the solar system that are bigger than it.
Its a big ball of ice pretty much.
Yeah it has an atmosphere made just out of nitrogen and its slowly escaping into the Kuiper belt so it doesn't have a proper one.
Its not a planet ok?
