Jupiter (Zeus) is the king of the gods, there fore probably the leader of the nine.
In the extended theory I mention how the Jovians are the only ones doing anything because their the terrestrial siblings are infected with a biased force.

Hmm, i really can't see how actual planet (cores) can have a consciousness and act on it. There could however be certain "Managers" of each planet, that reign in a secret council under Jovian. Jovian=emperor =head of the secret council.

In the extended theory I think I mention something about the traveler being the core of the ninth world. I'd have to say they may be similar, traveler-like beings that naturally became the core of their planets.

The traveler is a candidate. the darkness has a core too. (some kind of worm? Maybe a dark traveler?) whoever seals the ninth world to their side gets to use their core to forge the ninth world.
