She probably sent him to Europa which is a moon of Jupiter's. I think Jupiter is the head of the nine(Zeus is king of the gods) and because of that they would send Skolas to him. Beings of such power would undoubtedly be able to telepathically communicate among each other easily. (or at least something of the sort.)
