I want the nine to be ancient creatures that live throughout our galaxy. I want them to be bosses so we can kick their asses.

but actually that would still be fun to do, though they are trying to help us win this war by trapping and sealing away the strongest enemies we can catch alive. this includes Skolas

I think that the story would take a good turn if we, the guardians, find out that the ideology of the traveler is actually wrong, so we make it right by fighting the traveler. It would also be cool is if the reason why the darkness is reaching out at us is [u]because[/u] of the travelers presence. The light and the darkness must have balance. If the darkness was stretching farther than it should because of the traveler's (already) stretched light, then we (the guardians) would do right by destroying the traveler. That sounds awesome, but it's just my theory. It's most likely incorrect, but hey, it's fun to make theories.

that would be fun, but since we are going up against "one" of the nine in my theory that imagine how hard that would be just to get to him, we would need to get a computer chip to try and fit Raspiutin in and plug him in to locked doors that our ghost can't unlock

I think it would be fun if we actually learned what the traveler was in-game.

Yep. Thats basically all it does. I would even be ok with it shooting off a couple magical farts and suddenly and person was cured of disease.

what would they be, dragons?, although you could be right about something since we hardly know anything about them, and your theory and this topic theory could be both very true in a good way, but i noticed how the bottom of the traveler looks like it fell apart on the bottom, like it was built, and looks man made, and also how in one of the year one strikes on Venus you kill a mini Templar that was to be said "changed" Venus's appearance, which to me sounds like the vex are a couple hundred steps ahead of everyone. My opinion is also that the traveler could be an idea of Raspiutin (the AI created in deep inside the earth and has control of a satellite that orbits earth and is to be as hella smart as Cortana from Halo. So He might also be the traveler. though I could be way off on that, but anyways back to your theory. in the second DLC the "H.O.W." (house of wolves) in one of the missions Tetra asks how Skolas got passed the nine. and also notice how that at first if you listen to the first part of the story that The Hive show up when the nine show up and they only show up after the cabal show up and they show up after the vex show up, and if you think about it really hard about what you know about the vex, you'll realize that the vex created time and space at the same time as they were created, they are the big bang that start the universe, yes it's confusing but it's true. Hope I just shined a whole new ball of light on yall but I got to bounce.
