I just completed all 50 Calcified Fragments in my Book of Sorrow, but the Darkness Calcified Fragment: Insight did not unlock for me.

It says 49/50, but I have only been collecting them on one character. It is showing all 50 unlocked in my grimoire...

Grimoire tracks the progress of your entire account. While Calcified fragments are character specific. If there is a difference in numbers one has been collected on another character.

I have only been collecting them on one character and I have been using a tracker to make sure that I haven't missed any. Before the challenges were available, those three were all I needed. Today I completed my last challenge and got the last card I needed.
