Lets talk about Stormtrance
Yes I'm crying. Yes I'm complaining. No this isn't b8. And yeah I just happen to be a hunter. However I am also looking for an answer to a question. How do I kill a stormcaller with no super?
"Shoot him, huntard!": Well I tried that. He shocked me and killed me.
"No, dumbass. You gotta shoot him in the head with a sniper": Hmm. Tried that too. He teleported through it and killed me again.
"Are you retarded? You got to shoot him while he activates it." Good idea! Oh wait. Unlike any other super he attacks everyone near him with landfall which has a hidden perk of blinding nearby foes.
"Get those huntard loving teammates of yours to shoot him together." Well that didn't work either cause one guy got hit and it chained to everyone and killed us. Then he did it again since he still had time.
"Just run away, stupid." Well I tried to but he is faster than me and the super lasts for about 20 seconds.
So did I leave any viable options out? And since its temporary, heavy doesn't count. That lightning sound it sending me away like sunbreaker did

As a Warlock, I have to say we aren't the gods we seem. I was taken down by two people. One body shot me and the other killed me with a sidearm. A SIDEARM. Let that sink in. We are not gods. In fact we are still very squishy because of no health regen. If we had that I would agree. "Yeah... We're OP" but without it? Nah. Plus, we are not faster than you. We need Ionic blink for that and that gulps our super like a fat guy shoveling Twinkies. Plus, we can't actually aim directly above, below, or behind us. And when we are in super it's like we have a 1 sensitivity on our controllers. So slow. I am a good PvPer (I think so) and I have to be careful. I can get Shrekt in a heartbeat

Well being a warlock my best advise is try get him focused on someone els to trying and gun him down (perrferable chasing the other guy in the oppsite direction to you) but since the shotgun nerf I find it really hard for anyone that's not a skilled sniper to take out stormcallers without there supers, srry m8

Stop crying, I killed 2 stormcallers with arc blade in the iron banner just yesterday one after the other, it's not hard and they aren't OP, also it's a super they aren't supposed to be easy to kill, get your distance and take them down with your team, you and 1 or 2 other people shooting one together melts them in seconds, you can even shotgun one to death if they aren't aware but that's risky

Shotgun melee. Actually snipe him(landfall doesn't work on people in sniping distance). Don't stay together when team shot. You're a hunter! Of course you can outrun stormcaller.

Always the sad warlocks that defend there supers and moan about others yes hammers on Titan was op but so was the storm caller and it still is there is no way of getting around that super unless you can fly

8 RepliesWhen you go up against a super, the deck is SUPPOSED to be stacked against you. You should be shutting down way less than half the supers you run into assuming comparable skill.
