Exotic perk: Positive Feedback Have built in weapon perk 'Outlaw' (precision kills increase reload speed) therefore causing any equipped weapon to reload faster after a precision kill I think it should be something for all the classes just like the crest of alpha lupi/ light beyond nemesis
