Yeah but the new raid shaders are more exclusive, and have been accomplished less. They also look nicer than glowhoo IMO. More people defeated Crota on hard mode therefore it is less rare. Additionally there are armor exclusive shaders for completing normal and harrowed gear sets. These are even more rare.
