Hi Cool When you add #help to a post in a group/clan it actually takes it out of the group and brings it to the main #help section which is for technical issues and such. If you would like help try #recruitment, there you will find like minded guardians who can help you. Just make sure to let them know you are new. That being said good luck with the raid! Much like the other raids it's a really unique experience.
