Calcified Fragments : Insight is not unlocking for me. I have checked the grimoire section here, destiny tracker, and destinydeadghosts.com. All state that I have all 50 fragments. I have used videos online and ran through all locations twice on my main character after getting the last one from Oryx. The Dreadnought orbit map on my main states 49/50 though... any help would be much appreciated.

A single character will need to collect 50 calcified fragments. The in game counter is character specific while tracking websites and grimoire are account wide. Currently there is no way to track individual fragments on separate characters.
