So I re-subbed to Xbox live on my Xbox 360 after a long hiatus. I also bought TK and downloaded all of the compatibility packs (8 years later). I immediately had continuous networking issues both for destiny and Xbox Live. I started on wireless internet, but once the issues emerged, I switched to hardwired internet. So, I started the long, seemingly arbitrary, journey of fixing my network. The Xbox Live error code I got in conjunction with the Caterpillar error, is the 8015190e error.
What I've done
For 8015190e error code. (As per Xbox live support page)
Solution 3: Deleted Profile - Cleared cache 3 times - Unplugged Xbox and router for over a min - Plugged it all back in - Redownloaded profile.
Solution 4: Set up static Ip for Xbox 360 console - Set up port forwarding for my technicolor router - set the Xbox 360 console Ip address to be the DMZ host.
Furthermore, I do have Upnp mode activated. Meaning my NAT type is not STRICT.
What are my last resorts to fixing this error?
What information have I left out to better solve this problem?

Hello Mac D, I'm sorry to hear that you're having connection issues. Sometimes these are intermittent and just happen once, or for a short period of time, due to network conditions between you, Bungie, and other players. Other times it can be related to your home network, other devices connected to your network, or the connection with your ISP. Take a look at our Network Troubleshooting Guide to learn how to get the optimal network setup for playing Destiny. Even when other games seem to be working fine we've found that Destiny may require a few tweaks to your network to get the best performance.
