Quick disclaimer: I don't actually give a shit about the reset time. All my characters were at rank 5 by Thursday and, frankly, there isn't much incentive to play after that. This post is about principle, a commodity in which it would appear Bungie is sorely lacking.
The link I provided is to the official Bungie help page. Here it is again, just in case: https://www.bungie.net/en/help/article/12208. The information on that page agrees with Cozmo's original forum post. To wit, Iron Banner will end (as it always has) at the weekly reset - 1a.m. PST. Only recently has IB started ending an hour before the reset, for some unknown reason.
Now, like I said, I really couldn't care less. But if it's going to end at midnight maybe you should think about updating your website to reflect the change. You could even go so far as to explain said change to your players, ya know, so they don't get a funny feeling that you're screwing them out of an hour of content just for shits and giggles. Additionally, and before I even suggest it I know it won't happen, you should probably get your official Bungie retard-o-matic (i.e. Cozmo) to put out accurate information the first time AND, just as importantly, not on Twitter.

Says 12/29/2015 in the link you provided. Not sure where the apologists are pulling 2014 from.

I think someone bumped that thread to troll people. I was thinking that too. I was about to do iron banner at midnight and bam it's not there.

Your link to something from 2014 is just stupid. Also they updated this site saying it would end at 12.
