As a Titan main I can say I would love this.
And then completely understand why it was removed immediately after the next IB.
It would be so OP.

It would make the original Mythoclast look like a pea shooter. Maybe if it reduce damage output by 75% or something, or made the bubble very fragile so primaries could blow it up.

A lot of primary's yes, but leave it alone in pve

To OP, it would be like a really powerful Gjallahorn. Nobody would ever look for any other class for PvE. It is way to OP.
