Sad thing is, we won't be able to ever see the stages, maps of this game when the servers are shut down when this game winds down.
You can play PacMan, Tomb Raider, Super Mario Bros til you're an old man. But online games rely on Servers to be feeding that world.
At that point, they'll even pull the plug on the forum. So you won't even be able to talk about it. It's a kinda depressing fact about online games.
You'll never collect spin metal in the Cosmodrome or see Rahool smirky face.

You aren't familiar with how this game works clearly.
hey doc. try unplugging your internet connection and see how far you get into a patrol...
What ? How does that support you saying I don't know how this game works ? My first post states that without the servers (internet connection) the Destiny gameworld won't exist. Are you know agreeing with me or did you go Full Retard ?

In order to test how Destiny will play after they turn off the servers in the future, all you have to do is unplug your internet connection today (disconnect the connection to the servers).
It won't work.

My first post states that without the servers (internet connection) the Destiny gameworld won't exist.
When you said servers instead of internet connection, I mistook you for meaning servers instead of internet connection. Silly me....

Without either you won't be playing Destiny... Are you implying otherwise? I see nothing untrue with the original comment by... mj. He's making some assumptions, but I don't believe that anyone thinks that when support for the game drops that we will still have these things. You could claim an error in his logic that due to the game evolving what we have in year one, or day one, will be gone anyway. So in two years or ten it's folly to expect to see the game as it was on day one. Is that what your vague statement is poking at?
When you said servers instead of internet connection, I mistook you for meaning servers instead of internet connection. Silly me....
Okay, I was so confused. I still enjoy popping old games and reliving some memories but Destiny won't be one of them I'm afraid.
You aren't familiar with how this game works clearly.
Speaking of clearly, what do you mean ?

I was really hoping he would of replied, because clearly he doesn't know what he's talking about. No internet OR servers=no game. Maybe he was referring to PlayStation Plus. Think you can still play without it but limited to activities.
