Since each golden gun shot is essentially (with limited circumstances to the contrary) a kill, symbiote made it so 4 kills per super activation much easier than it would be as compared to the other classes. With the reduction it time, 3 kills is all you should expect, even while wearing symbiote, which is kinda stupid considering that is the point of the exotic.
