I'm pretty sure the only real reason that the time was reduced, the only place that its actually OP, is mayhem. Stormcaller is best for all other 6v6, but in mayhem golden gun runs shit already. With an extra shot in mayhem without reduced time would be too insane, and although symbiote was one of my most used y1 exotics and I am very disappointed its butchered, I can still agree with that.
