I have never gotten a gun with Perfect Balance and Counter Balance as 2 of 3 perks, it was either one of the other. Perfect Balance gets rid of the weird recoil while Counter Balance stabilizes it, so it truly become a laser auto mini hmg/sniper. My only down fall is Battle Runner (wish it was Glass Half Full) but it comes in handy because after dps trade offs I tend to be in low health most encounters so in reality it's a decent perk to have. Edit: FYI I main on XBox1 that's why I only have one up to date character on the PS4 account, my Titan will be up and running by next week
