It depends on the video format. If a low res game is played on a low res system viewed through a low res monitor - it looks good.

My destiny art book isn't pixelated, and it doesn't run at 120Hz refresh rate. And, unrelated, sniper shots to the toe from a camping position don't help my k/d. Because i miss the point.
