It would be...but I feel that would be OP. The one thing...the one freaking thing I do wish GG did was regen health after first kill like Titan's HOS does. but hey I can live with it the way it is.

The health regen would prolly be redundant because you get no dmg reduction. I don't think it'd be op because an extra second or two between shots is not a big deal. You still have to get the kill without dying. But decreasing the time is stupid, no exotic like that should have a drawback, you can only wear one at a time as it is
