Cars don't kill people.
It's the person behind the wheel that decides to run over somebody not the car itself. The same can be said about somebody using a gun. It's the individual that's the problem not the guns or cars.

I don't think many people 'decide' to hit someone unless they're playing gta5 it's more likely that they are drunk or on their phone
