Interesting. Were there any other people in your fireteam that also didn't get the cards? I'll take a look, but to be honest I'm not sure what's going or if there's anything you can do on your end at the moment to really fix it. My only suggestion so far is to simply enter the beginning of each raid. And to get the Ascendant Sword, beat Crota again.
