I'm on PS3 and have experienced the floating bodies in maps other than the drifter, the diying out of a simple jump, melee hits not registering for any class and the golden gun and Hammer of sol hit register fails. This is a great post that should be also posted in the help section of the forums. Edit: i just used my titan and experienced the famous dying from my own fist of havoc part....twice. I guess from now on it should be called death from within, instead of death from above lol.
