Patrol grimoire is bugged i think. And i am talking about the VIP kills under patrol introduction.
It has been stuck at 221 since TTK came out. And i have done alot of VIP targets patrol missions, including those for the quest on a total of 5 characters now. Stats in the bottem say i have a 1000 completions so could be just the counter for the rank 3.
Is this a known issue or is it possible i am doing the wrong thing and it wont go up because of that?

Regardless, sounds like a bug. It is not a known issue if it does not appear in Siffow's list.

Completions means any patrol beacon completions, period. VIP kills refers only to the kill target patrol beacon completions.

Yeah thats why i posted it. For the quest you have to do 3 kill targets on each location so 6x3= 18 on each character. Did that quest on 5 characters so yeah, i should have gotten it by now. But it is known now, so they can look into it.
