Now, I am unsure as whether this is the maximum threshold or if one of the lurking shortchanges of kill rank points, mentioned in Siffow's known issues, could be at play. I will let someone more knowledgable step in to answer that. Note that the maximum is platform dependent, with PSN having a higher maximum than XBL.
