Did the same thing on momento. I was on the heavy that's on top of the shack in the courtyard and jumped down and died. I had full health and the other team was at the other heavy.

I had the same thing happen to me in Trials yesterday. Then at the start of the next match I ran about 10 feet and fell out dead, no one was shooting at me, I wasn't sniped, no one insight.

Had a capture point in trials yesterday falsely register another person being on the capture point. The meter would not go up. It just stayed stationary and my radar indicated someone was nearby, but they were on the other end of the map attempting to Rez.

Had this happen in trials yesterday. I hopped, one singular jump, no double or triple jump and landed and all my bones broke and I died from a heart attack. Just a great time.
