You're so right. I was playing mayhem against a striker with armamentarium, 1k stare and last word last night. Everyone else is just using random stuff.
It doesn't bother me too much to be honest, but I just wonder why people are so damn try hard lol.

So using the guns he enjoys is now try hard? Ever think he is doing the same thing you are and just having fun with the weapons he likes? I did the same thing in a classic 6 v 6 control game two days ago. Whipped out the good ol' Thorn - Shotgun - LMG combo and ran around having some fun. I wasn't sweating or try harding in thr slightest. I [b]did[/b]end up shredding the enemy team, but it was just a casual game that I happenes to do good in. Nothing more than that.

Using guns that kill in half a second are fun? Not having any time to actually process your engagement is fun? IDK how you can even find TLW fun.

Thats like saying "why use supers. They instantly kill. Thats no fun." I have fun by running around and being and idiot outside my normal playstyle that I have grown accustomed to and trying new tactics and styles with the guns I am familiar with. That may not be [b]your[/b] definition, but its all loosely defined in this game.

You went into the playlist were all the noobs are and used the 2 best guns, don't kid yourself lol. I have no problem with it, I just look at your load out and conclude you are a boring person. :)

I'm only judgemental when I'm given reason to be. In trials/banner, even regular crucible and 3v3 use the best guns by all means. In classic and mayhem though? Come on! Those are the test weapon playlists!
