Two For The Road: Valus Mau'ual Not Being Counted
I have run the [i]Two For The Road[/i] stage of the [i]Jolly Holliday[/i] quest several times in the last few days and Valus Mau'ual is [b]not[/b] being counted despite being damaged and even killed by shotguns all three times.
I've run it all three times with clan members who also have this stage of the quest. We had Valus Tlu'urn die and be marked off accordingly, but Valus Mau'ual just will not count - even when the killing shots are from shotguns.
Has anyone else run into this issue? What could be causing Valus Mau'ual to not be marked off when Valus Tlu'urn was/is?

To add, I was part of this fireteam both times this quest was attempted, and was the killing blow via shotgun the second attempt (can't remember the first). Also, I was alive with Mau'ul died, so it being a case of only ticking off when you're not dead is not applicable.
