Destiny ripped off Black Ops 3!?

So I finally picked up Black Ops 3 after all this time and then things got really weird. Call of Duty now has supers, and Bungie not only directly copied their super idea, but also copy pasted some of the supers! One guy does a titan slam, another guy shoots an uber revolver, another uses electricity to kill, another character uses a bow called the SPARROW (biggest giveaway)! I can't be the only one who noticed this? How do you feel about Destiny ripping off Call of Duty: Black Ops 3? And how? I bet with both teams working with Activision somebody peeked in a folder they shouldn't have and stole somebody's hard work...

Its the other way around since destiny is over a year old but if you want to get serious, the supers in destiny are borrowed out of halo in a way and also any other super hero game, for example the fist of havoc, has its routes from the hulk and prototype games as both had a ground smash ability they over 8 and 5 years old respectively. Warlock abilities are ripped from final fantasy or any fantasy rpg that uses magic, titan defender also falls under this. The sunbreaker is obviously a flame based thoroughly from the marvel comics. The list could go on but I would rather not feed the bait. #rekt
