Gaming Commissions, i.e. gambling regulations
With the new trend emerging in video games of the purchase of RNG items (Defiance on last gen also has this) with real money, I'm starting to wonder what the various gaming commissions around the world think about this form of gambling and, additionally, that it's available to minors?

Good point. You might want to contact them. I have thought about this myself, as, technically it is a type of gambling, since you are paying for something for a chance of getting something, with no guarantees of getting what you are after. Even if it is more like a raffle, many places do have restrictions. Just a thought,
