I had the unfortunate luck of being in a fireteam with a 318 that was utterly clueless in nearly every facet of the raid. He would stay in the middle wayyy too long at totems, even as we are yelling SWITCH!, got killed by the Oculus at Warpriest, shot Golgoroth from outside the puddle, and went to the wrong platform more times than I could count at Oryx.. He was a friend of the fireteam leader so he didn't get the boot because we still managed to clear everything in 1-2 attempts, despite his inability to do seemingly anything helpful. He brushed off instructions at every turn, proclaiming "I know, I know"... I wanted to reach through the tv and slap him. If I were the fireteam lead I would have kicked him after the final detonation at Oryx. You contribute nothing, you get nothing.
