Destinytracker tracks it. I am in the 8th percentile in assists per game with 4.65 A/g (i.e. more than 92% of players).
My wife is in the top 2% in assists per game with 5.33 A/g.
It doesn't track A/D but it does do K/D and (K+A)/D, the difference is your A/D.

Nice. Just checked mine. My K+A/D ratio is top 5% a 1.98. And i'm also at 5% for A/g at 4.88. I didn't know Destiny tracker had that much in depth info. Thanks for letting me know.
