People get comfortable when they cheese things. For example if I'm always running relic or catching the aura at warpriest then the other guy who's never grabbed it won't know how and will struggle to complete the task due to lack of practice. So what ends up happening is when u go into a raid with others you are limited to what u can contribute and that makes you a poor team mate
