1. Making a clan offers a place we can guarantee that particular kind of harassment won't occur. No one is under any obligation to play exclusively with other clan members, and most everyone I've met (although I've clearly not met all 1100) have male friends they game with. 2. Telling me to ignore, block, etc is putting the responsibility for the harassment on me, the person being harassed. Not the person doing the harassing, not other players who hear/see it and don't say anything, not on the community at large. But on me, because that's appropriate. 3. Founder of a clan?
