So it's a sidearm (realizes Sidearms weren't around back then) Saw something called "Hymn of Revolution" awhile back. I thought the idea was spectacular, but I thought it needed a couple of tweaks. [b]Hymn of Revolution[/b] Hand Cannon "Shot heard around the World" 0: Solar Damage, Special Treatment (Special Slot), “Silencer” (Precision shots have twice the damage) 1: Aggressive Ballistics, Linear Compensator, CQB Ballistics 2: Rangefinder 3: Rifled Barrel, Snapshot, Armor Piercing Rounds 4: Outlaw RoF: 11 Impact: 98 Range: 48 Stability: 12 Reload: 23 Mag: 1 By the way the Silencer doesn't silence you, it silences THEM. Has a binocular scope and can get maximum Impact. With Silencer it takes one headshot to kill an opponent. It's supposed to handle a lot better and be lighter than other Snipers.
