Yeah kinda. It's made up like the equator they're both imaginary lines, but every celestial body has one. So yeah.

ah well I don't know enough about space to answer your question, if I were to wing it, I'm not sure if the direction of rotation around the sun would matter, as long as earth maintains the same axis and rotation. it really brings up the question of whether or not we orbited the prime meridian all along, would we simply rotate it and view it as the equator? simply because of no greater knowledge. tldr the east and west poles (if those exist) would probably be the frozen ones. earth would (potentially) be drastically different
