Just go stalk people on the tower...look for a low level and grim score under 500...or just do patrol and hang out by the crashed ship on earth

Why? IF this works it's much simpler than going around looking for peeps.. I'm already bombed with invites from gamers everytime i visit the social areas.

Found a dude within the first 3 entrances in the tower...you can wait for a response on here though if you would like...have fun waiting!
