I feel like the tracking was perfectly fine on the hammers prior to the nerf (if anything, it needed a slight buff) and I feel like the armor was dropped just a little too much. Sunbreaker definitely needed [i]something[/i] changed, but I feel that it was slightly too drastic. Honestly, I would have been perfectly fine if they changed cauterize to only proc on melee or grenade kills (melee including the solar charge the Sunbreaker can do if specd for it, that way it would give that particular choice more weight...)
