I dropped Cyan Stars after about five level 36 strikes one day and then Mostly Cloudy and Debt Unpaid after a run of about ten level 36 strikes the next day.
Tip for HM raid shaders: transfer HM armour from all characters onto one character (this is assuming you can slap together a virtual full set, albeit from different characters) et voila, go to kiosk, grab shader(s)!
