Which scope is the best to use on a 1k stare?

I have two 1k stares and I was wondering with scope and perk is better... one has ambush and hidden hand... but my other 1k stare has short gaze and perfect balance... which sniper do you think is best in PVP? Edit... thank you all for all the great advise. You are all AMAZING!!
