Stop telling me to take off the scarab
People expect me to be mlg pro all the time just because I have the scarab on. If I have a bad game or two don't message me and tell me to take it off because it's a freaking emblem that I earned and wear because it looks cool.
Edit:Comments mostly positive and happy to know you guys don't hatemail.
Edit 2:If you go to my profile you will see all the emblems I like on each character. I only put on the scarab sometimes.

8 RepliesOnly thing is you only have like 300 trials kills. A mate of my mine goes flawless a couple times a week and is a really solid player, yet he has never gotten the scarab. The scarab says nothing about skill, just you went flawless and you managed to win a couple more games after. I got mine at 14 wins 2 losses. Doesn't make me suddenly a pro.

If you wear a jade rabbit, faction emblem, Crota tag, or anything else that is common and shows no merit - then I know I am in for a challenge

Wear what ever the hell you want! I have one guardian wearing year 1 flawless, one year 2 flawless and one scarab. Why? Because I think it looks cool when the character selection screen loads. The moment you care about what other people think is the moment you need to build some self esteem.

5 RepliesYou're asking for it. Just saying. Scored a 310 on an Army PT test back in 2000. Having that PT patch sewn on was a huuuge mistake but hey, I was proud of it. It looked [b]cool[/b]. You get volunteered and tasked with so much bs. Also the moment you slack is the moment you're gonna hear about it from everyone. Especially those that haven't earned it. Let us not forget that 9 out of 10 times you get messaged about it that it will come from someone who [b]hasn't[/b] read this forum post. So... why even bother posting this? Doesn't matter what your intentions are. If you keep sporting it, you will continue to get negative messages when you have a bad, um I mean, casual game. I'm not against it but from my experience which included emblems in past fps games too, its not going anywhere.

Im good but my squad and i have been playing together for a long time and we play very well together thats why we consistently go to the lighthouse every week

4 RepliesWent up against a team with two scarab emblems. We beat them 5-0. And my little team is certainly no MLG group. I was honestly surprised we beat them so easily. It sucks that the scarab emblem isn't a true sign of achievement as it is RNG based. You can get it by going 1 game after flawless. While it might take others 10+. So it's hard to tell which ones are truly "legit" and which ones just got really lucky.
