Stop telling me to take off the scarab
People expect me to be mlg pro all the time just because I have the scarab on. If I have a bad game or two don't message me and tell me to take it off because it's a freaking emblem that I earned and wear because it looks cool.
Edit:Comments mostly positive and happy to know you guys don't hatemail.
Edit 2:If you go to my profile you will see all the emblems I like on each character. I only put on the scarab sometimes.

Thank god someone else has this problem, my team had started a new card with our other characters(not main) and we lost to a good team and they messaged saying I was carried to get it. Nah lol just having fun, try it sometime! lol

4 RepliesIgnore them, they are just jealous that you have it, since that emblem basically requires you to go flawless and then win against other teams with a high number of wins on their card, its a just reward. Its one of the tougher emblems to acquire in the game so if you get it, wear it with pride and ignore the jealous haters.

4 RepliesKeep wearing it, it looks cool. I haven't taken off my Exotic emblem since the first week of Year 1 Trials of Osiris, never will either. This emblem was a struggle back then with the old meta, and I am pretty proud of it too.

I was messing around with different weapons the other day, doing the weekly pvp bounty (10 of each primary) I'm not great at pvp but enjoy it. After a normal clash match when I got next to no hand cannons someone from our team started sending me abuse. Sure I could have done better but I was doing what I did for a reason... He just came across as a jerk so I ignored him and carried on with my day :)

2 RepliesI was in a raid the other day with a guy who had the scarab. Long story short the 2 'main' fireteam members kept giving him shit about it. Eventually they kicked him because he made 1 mistake at Oryx with the reasoning 'see I told you everyone who's good at PvP sucks at PvE'. I left just after that. Those 2 had caused at least half a dozen wipes each but were just so salty about not being good enough to get a solitary emblem that they were looking for any excuse to kick one of the better players on our fireteam. tl;dr some guys are just salty assholes

My clanmate carries 2 clan members through to the light house each passage. My ELO is probably 300 points over-inflated because of him. My Trials DTR also went from 24 to 35 just from playing with him. I wear my Scarab participation trophy with pride. :)

7 RepliesScarab emblem isn't even special. It's a completely random drop. My friend got his on his 5th win, and I got mine the game after on my 6th win. People say you have to keep playing after 9 wins, but that is [i]not[/i] true.
