He sighes, looking down then back up, swirling his drink around in his glass.
"I uh...never really forget, I just....cope. I adjust to that feeling and keep going, well not anymore."
He takes a long drink of the whiskey.

He almost spits out his alcohol laughing. He keeps it in and turns towards you. "Can I what?"

"I thought you were joking...but, ok." He sets down his glass and puts you in a headlock, petting your head.

He chuckles a bit, letting go after a while.

"You want more?" He starts petting your head again, ruffling your ears. "You owe me one...." He chuckles. "...just kidding. This is like, forty."

He sees the tail and laughs, still petting.

"Nah man. Just find it funny." He laughs a bit more and stops petting you.
