Lol.. the thing is even if they invested a few million into a good server base all it takes is that one guy who lives in Qatar that has a coat hanger duck taped onto a camel for an internet connection to screw the game up. Even dedicated servers require some degree of lag compensation and if you get guys on satellite or camelnet it's going to suck. If they just implemented regional matchmaking and a minimum ping requirement things would improve greatly. There should never be matches that have over 100 milliseconds of latency. The other option is you could buy a netDuma and set it so you do not connect with other players who have bad connections like that
