Just read a forum about WoW servers. It said the servers cost 2-300k per server blade uses 175 blades plus 137k per week to operate. Not sure how accurate the info is, but it seems legit. I can't imagine it's cheap to operate a server that allows millions of people to play a game together. Bungie would need 4 similar setups. They probably decided that it would destroy the company financially to set up 4 massive servers for a game not knowing how well it would be received. Maybe we'll get them for destiny 2.
