Are you claiming to have gone to the lighthouse twice during the time when the card was bugged or twice after the bug was eliminated? If you reread the advice you were given, you need to go to the lighthouse at some point [b]after[/b] Bungie released the patch fixing the lighthouse card bug in order to unlock said card. If you, indeed, have done as advised and still do not unlock the card, then you are experiencing a new bug.
