I bought a copy of Destiny Taken King Legendary Edition: PS4 on 11/27 for someones birthday in January. They opened it this past weekend and the disc works fine as well as the weapon upgrade code. When we tried using the code to unlock the expansion 1 & 2 and the Taken King through PSN it said the code was already used. The game was sealed for almost two months how could this have happened and what can I do to replace it?

2 RepliesEdited by ADragonWithin: 1/22/2016 2:55:04 PMYour only option is to go back to the store you purchased it from and explain the situation, because you were effectively sold an unusable copy of The Taken King, they have to give you a replacement. You don't want a refund; refund is asking for your money back entirely and giving them the game back entirely. You want a replacement so you can get one that does work.
