Totally agree it's a panic button. Someone gets close to attack, you super and they're dead it's just how it works. I've seen void walker warlocks try similar methods. The thing with it being a panic button is most times you only nab one kill with it. To effectively use FoH is to use it in groups which is difficult because you have to get within range and by then you're usually filled with bullets.
Death from above is useful for getting more range but I've missed at times with it due to people just backing up out of its aoe.
The skill level of FoH I think varies. If you use it as a panic button obviously it takes less skill. But if you save it and use it at opportune times to kill groups or shut down supers then that takes a measure of more skill.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
